FamilyMint™ In-Class Program

Originally designed for students in grades 5-9, FamilyMint™ makes it easy for learners of any age to better understand and manage money with real-world meaning while learning by doing.

YFL partners with wealth educators, teachers, and community leaders to bring the FamilyMint™ program into the classroom. Following an introductory presentation, teachers work closely with students to complete the FamilyMint™ Money Management Certification Program.

Upon conclusion, the sponsoring wealth educator hosts a classroom celebration, including the presentation of completion certificates and a charitable donation to the school on behalf of YFL.

FamilyMint™ Online Education Portal

The FamilyMint™ online education portal enables parents and guardians to teach their children about the best ways to manage money. The programmatic equivalent of the “piggy bank,” the FamilyMint™ online education portal provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of online banking.

Created by children’s money management experts, the program’s overall goal is to instill strong financial habits that last a lifetime. Key features include:
